Updates and fixes to the What's Next Slider

This is the slider that is commonly found under the heading of "What's Next" but is also seen on Category pages; the row with the gray arrows on both ends to slide/scroll through the included content

What's Next Slider

1.right and left arrows should be #bbbaba, but when rolled over or clicked become darker making it hex#: 7d7d7d
*Included in this ticket is a cutout of the arrow using transparency so you can change the hex# and just use the same cutout
2. add a 1px hex#:444444 stroke around the videos the user rolls over--everytime the title of a video gets underlined/rolled over, add this stroke

Slider arrows change color when hover happens. Videos have an outline when hovered. Links go to the right content.

Some slightly odd slider behavior if the position has been changed between refreshing the page. Slide controls may not highlight as expected. Behavior is functional acceptable however (the slide can still be used).

Dev Testing Passed. Passing to QA.
