Added the function renderLandingContents() and renderNowPlayingBox3() at RightColTool?.php to render the landing page contents

Called these 2 function above at content_video.phtml

Need some CSS helps from Maryann

We need to support a 3rd look for the right column that looks like http://pregnancy.healthguru.com/content/video/watch/100105/landing/The_Best_Sex_for_Conception.

The url structure can change so it looks like a number (to be consistent)
