BHG: Subcategory Page Updates

subcategory page:

- when the page is loaded the videos should be sorted by views and there should be an arrow next to the 'views' title indicating that.

- the sort by arrows need to appear next to the Title, Views, Comments, and Rating, titles not beneath them as it currently appears. we should use the same arrow as our nav bar (turned of course) and the corresponding rollover.

- the rating section should appear as numeric (exactly the way it does on basic)

10· Below the tag cloud there are two sets of double grey lines…
11· The headers “Title” and “Views are left justified with the actual title and number of views below – however, the headers “Comments” and “Rating” seem to be center justified with the number of comments and stars below. I feel like once we have a lot of views in any of these it is going to be a spacing problem…

12. It is weird that when you roll over a row it becomes highlighted, but when you click it it doesn’t take you to the video… if we are going to highlight, then a click should take you to the video I think.
13. At the bottom of the page, in the breadcrumb, the Category name is not underlined.
14. We should think about adding the “More Content from XYZ” unit on the right, with links to the most popular videos that are in this category but not this subcategory. This should be below the newsletter box and above the tags
