BHG: Two IE Issues (in video page and in survey page)

1.At survey results page, if not log in, the whole right column and sections after it don't show up. From the IE error report, it says:
"Message: HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)"
For example:

2.At video page, the small login and register links on the right top don't work all. From the IE error report, it says:"
Message: 'this[...][...]' is null or not an object
URI: http://baby.healthguru.com/js/mootools-1.2.3-core-yc.js"

Both issues only happen in IE, and happen both at live and dev server.

--Solved by adding window.addEvent() in the reglogform.phtml file
