BHG-- New Comment Rating

Instead of the + - making the rating go up or down 1, we're thinking it would make more sense to have the number of both positive and negative comments displayed, like + (3,434), - (47) so that the user can see how many people voted positively or negatively for the comment.

62. when i logged in the page did not refresh and it did not seem to work to rate or flag things. the page should prob refresh to make this work better unless you have a better solution.

63. The rollover copy needs to be changed when logged in to say 'Like' and 'Unlike' rather than "+" and "-"
