1. Title (Subtitle) "Brought by Sex Health Guru" should be suppressed [Edit: Remove this text]
2. We need to create a little visual separation between the different survey options, perhaps a bit more vertical space.
3. In the main column, the "Responses" title is not aligned with the column.
4. Remove the "Completed" header. it does not makes sense if you haven't taken a survey.
5. All images should have a thin black border.

Took out that phrase and centered the "sex health surveys" header.

2. We need to create a little visual separation between the different survey options, perhaps a bit more vertical space.

I added more space between each of the surveys.

3. In the main column, the "Responses" title is not aligned with the column.

They are now aligned correctly.

4. Remove the "Completed" header. it does not makes sense if you haven't taken a survey.

Added a black, solid, 1px border.
