HG Navigation & Archive Page Update

1. "filter by" text in boxes on right is different font from the filers.\
2. Main box has weird outside borders
3. In fitlers for boxes on the right "All Videos" should read as "All Channels"
4. In health A-Z section the box grows to fit content.... but i dont uderstand why there is pagination for some of the tabs when the box could just grow.
5. in health a-z section where there are dupe subcats or cats it shows the cat or channel name in lt grey... that should also be in parenthesis.
6. When a user watches a video on HG.com we should show the open category and all of the subcategies in the Health Vidoes section at the top of the nav bar.
7. The tags section is a bit unruly.... can we increase the variance needed for size/color changes? (this way fewer tags are highlighted)
8. The health experts section shows all principals (including contributors). It should only show experts.
9. in the health categories section.... it appears to drill down to show only content in home categories. This should also show content cross-listed in the category.

5. SPACING IN THE BOXES ON THE RIGHT - FIRST ENTRY IS TOO CLOSE TO FILTERS AT TOP OF BOX. aLSO IT SHOULD BE CONSISTENT FOR ALL OF THESE BOXES... THE TOP RATED BOXES HAVE MORE VERTICAL SPACE BETWEEN ENTRIES.

6. Still freezing up my machine with both IE and firefox - Although ie performs a bit better.

Issue 6 - This is not repeatable on a number of other computers and may be a conflict with some setting or software. The issue will be followed as a known bug, but will not be fixed until discovery of the settings / conflict happens.
