Laluna needs IE8 fixes (IE FAIL)

1) There is strange alignment in the descriptive areas to the right, as well as the titles being cut off.

2) There is no submit button to be seen

3) The two lines that are supposed to be under the submit button are over on the right in the wrong place.

4) The "Sweepstakes includes:" part seems to be spaced incorrectly.

5) In the segment "we are all extremely proud of to share with you", take out the of.

6) The "Sweepstakes rules:" area is also spaced incorrectly.
