BHG: Survey Results Page

Build the Survey Results for Baby Health Guru as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (applications/surveyresults)
Front end is two tasks:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for BHG

Evaluated design and approved. Cleared for implementation.

-survey results graphs still don't look right
-if you're not logged in, the page's what's next box doesn't have content
-If you're logged in, the righcol completed function doesn't work

-Fixed storage of user responses so that logged in users see completed surveys.
-Fixed what's next to show even if your not logged in on results page.
-Survey results graphs need front-end correction

Survey roll over: #d9d9d9 color surrounds entire survey (like how the function is currently working on the related vids in the right hand col--also on mock up)

PHASE 1--NOT LOGGED into survey results page:

-Title should say (in 17px font): "Thanks for taking" line below that but still in gray title bar box the " "Birth Control" survey"
-Title bar and search box are not horizontally lined up
-in the text fields on the reg and log in box, my name and password show up behind the gray text that says: email and password and also username and password

PHASE 1--NOT LOGGED into survey results page:

-Title should say (in 17px font): "Thanks for taking" line below that but still in gray title bar box the " "Birth Control" survey" - Khaled: This is a Content Issue (Won't Fix)

-Title bar and search box are not horizontally lined up - Phase 1

-in the text fields on the reg and log in box, my name and password show up behind the gray text that says: email and password and also username and password - Khaled: This is an aspect of Firefox (and other applications) that Auto-Complete forms and the fact that our system now uses text overlays instead of directly writing into the forms (this solves a number of cross-browser issues to do it like this). Detecting auto-completion is not something we know how to do yet, so this problem will persist. (Won't fix)

2-the title bar and search are still not lining up horizontally in safari and firefox
