BHG: Article Page

Build the Article (Read) page for Baby Health Guru as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (content/article)
Front end is two tasks:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for BHG

Dev Testing:

1. Article pages with Related Video Player Content are causing Javascript to fail during the execution of HGCore.js. This causes all subsequent operations to also fail (specifically, login/register slide in and Comment Policy hover were detected, probably there are others).

- Fixed the issue by making HGCore check if the there is actually a defined element when it seeks to set values in the HGViewToggle class. This was causing errors when a video was loading into the article page.

-roll over action when user rolls over a one of the 'Related' squares should change to #d9d9d9 gray on the whole square.
-thumbnail on the top three featured videos, articles and surveys needs to be pushed to the bottom (currently is directly under the title)
-double 1px #d9d9d9 lines below the 'related' section and above the comments section
-double 1px #d9d9d9 lines below the 'related' section and above the You Are Here

2. Remove the article description (keep the tags, but they are now underneath the ad that is below the Register box)

1. Player is added per the back-office association. This is a content issue. However, we did move the title to the top left corner as requested.

1. all of the rt hand column is under the nav bar in the left hand column
2. tags section is only two lines long with scroll bar--should be higher/longer (4 or 5 lines of text)
3. text is messed up at the top in the middle column
4. needs to be a roll over effect over the Related vids, articles, and survey boxes directly under the body of the article
5. the different text size options don't work
6. You Are Here box doesn't work--when arrows are pointed down, the bulleted text appears, but the text below that doesn't move--so it ends up overlapping like a mo-fo.
