BHG: Category Page

Build the main Category page for Baby Health Guru as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (content/browse)
Front end is two tasks:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for BHG

This page passes the initial sanity test.... some cosmetic issues to be sorted out in the next round.

- in the featured section there should not be a grey background.
- the tags section should simply be a scroll box... view more/view less does not seem to be necessary
- in the right column we should swap the placement of the tags section and the 300x250 ad

-needs to say 'Featured Video' (currently it just says "Feature")
-remove grey box for featured video section.
-make the pagination of the features smaller than the text of the ftr video
-pagination needs commas inbtwn the #rs
-left justify the text that says "Featured Video" with the text above it in the title bar
-left justify the rotating img with the text above it
-title bar, search box, reg box, and category title bar should be hex# e7e7e7 (they are currently all #d9d9d9--this is an across all channels change. we are still using #d9d9d9 for the roll overs. the lighter grey of #e7e7e7 is a beneficial change as it has a more similar value to the channel colors than the slightly darker grey color of #d9d9d9)
-pls add a 1px black stroke around the videos the user rolls over--everytime the title of a video gets underlined/rolled over, add this stroke.
-the space on the top and bottom of the subcategory videos and articles should be consistent (currently there is more space on the bottom and less space on the top)
-the 'videos' & 'article' text in the subcategory sections should be left justified with the video thumbnail (currently it's justified with the grey bar above it)
-the number of videos and 'view all' that is horizontally aligned with the 'videos' and 'articles' text should be the SAME size font as the 'back to top' text.
-the number of videos should be in parentheses, the 'view all' should not
-the subcategories under the subcategory title should be the same size font as 'back to top' and # of videos and 'view all' text
-center the
-right and left arrows in the subcats boxes should be #bbbaba, but when rolled over or clicked become darker making it hex#: 7d7d7d
-survey call-out question in right col: put #d9d9d9 double lines 1px by 300px at top and bottom of question. grey title bar behind 'Channel Health Survey", title of survey is centered, title of survey is black, answers to surveys and 'from the " are hex#: 828282 (these are new elements _{pls see mock up)}

Under the tag clouds – even when there are not enough tags to fill up the space, it asks if you want to view more. Also, will this look like a “cloud” once people are actually using it?

The nav bar should remain open at the category level when you are on a subcategory page
