BHG: Calendar Page

Build the Calendar Page for Baby Health Guru as per design.

Back end is part of new Standard platform (content/calendar)
Front end is two tasks:
1. CSS generic for Standard platform
2. CSS specific for BHG

-title bar and search bar need to line up (title bar is higher than search)
-'next' & 'previous' text is not contained inside the title bar (it is currently below the title bar in Firefox, but in Safari, it is fine)
-Justify title of Newborn Week 2... to the left
-Recommended titles, articles, surveys need to be hex#444444 (in center col)
-video/article desc in center col should be hex#828282
-more vertical separation btwn the bulleted recommended videos/articles
-survey call out question in the right hand col needs to fit new design (see the partial components ticket #185)

THESE ARE ARTICLE ISSUES WE HAVE COME ACROSS IN THE CALENDAR PAGE--pls open up the mock up at top entitled 'CalARTICLEoptions.png'

1. If we only have two articles, we are going to feature them with a thumbnail side by side

2. If there are less than two articles, we are not going to feature it.

3. If there is NO thumbnail for an article, pls input/feature for the 100x75 thumb a default 'article' piece of artwork labeled ArticleDefault?.png (attached at top)

Last described project is being postponed. It requires more logic and programming than is possible with the resources we currently have at this late stage, should be considered for future release though.
