REVISION 312 of TRUNK contains the following development flags which MUST be turned off (commented out) for survey to work as designed:

Project additionally requires a back office utility for the design and deployment of tree (branching) surveys and surveys with responses that generate scores.

The back-office tool is specified in ticket #36.

Additionally, this requires significant database architecture and Platform model coding.

These data requirements are specified in ticket #37.
