Cross-site (core layout) header that incorporates a locational breadcrumb and channel navigation bar.

khaled--there are two mock up jpgs of what the breadcrumb header looks like. please use the grey box that the breadcrumb will sit in across all channels except the CHG channe will not have the grey box. The grey box is color #939392 at 30% opacity. thanks!
